Online individual talk therapy

In my online, individual talk therapy I offer you a safe and confidential space to talk about what is on your mind. Whether it is stress, anxiety, gloom or other personal challenges, together we look at what you need. My goal is to support you with professional insights and techniques, so that you gain more clarity, develop self-awareness and can take steps towards your goals.

Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) is used during the therapy process. This means that questionnaires are administered at various times – at the beginning, halfway and at the end of the process. These questionnaires help to map out your initial situation and measure progress during the process. This ensures that the quality of the therapy is guaranteed and makes it possible to make timely adjustments if necessary. The exact number of questionnaires administered per administration moment depends on your specific situation and its complexity. A supplement of 15 euros per questionnaire is charged for this.

Furthermore, online therapy has many advantages. You can participate from the comfort of your own home, without the travel time or hassle. It makes therapy more flexible and accessible, especially if you have a busy schedule. For example, it is potentially easier to keep appointments, as it can be scheduled in a fluid way. Moreover, it can help you feel more at ease, because you are in your own space. Whether you are at home or traveling, online therapy adapts to your situation. This way you work on yourself in a way that is efficient and comfortable.

What is it?

How does it work online?

Phase 1: Introductory meeting (OPTIONAL)

If you are interested in online therapy, we can start with a free, optional introductory meeting of up to half an hour. During this meeting, we get to know each other better: you tell us something about yourself and what you are struggling with, and I tell you how I work. This way, we can see together whether I am the right person to help you further. In this way, mutual expectations can be clarified. If you prefer to start with an intake meeting right away, this is also possible.

Phase 2: Intake interview

If we decide to start, we will plan a 60-minute intake interview together. In this interview, we will clearly map out your situation and problems, so that we have a clear starting point. Based on this, we will draw up a plan together to work on your goals. Mutual expectations are made clear here.

Phase 3: Therapy

Then we start with the therapy sessions. These last 50 minutes each. The number of sessions required depends on your specific situation. Scientific research shows that 6 to 8 sessions are often sufficient to make significant progress. Of course, we tailor the trajectory to what you need. Together we work step by step to tackle your challenges.
